Yunnan fop black tea (Camellia sinensis). A very high-quality class of Yünnan black tea, a looser wire-wound leaf with a noticeable proportion of tips, a bright red-red infusion of a very specific, earthy-sweet, pleasantly floral, slightly bitter taste with a slight hint of smoke. Preparation:
